There are msny new areas around town now. 288 South are building lots of great homes. Many builders are investing in land and lots going South of 288. . I think it's a plus because it's not too far from the Medical Center and not too close to the big City. It's a great view as well. For more info please contact my company.

I personally feel Oak Forest/Garden Oaks is the newest spot in Houston. It is close enough that there is no commute, yet you still get that great neighborhood feel. I would say Pearland is a very hot market. The houses are reasonably priced and the location is about 12 miles from the medical center.
