A dynamic duo without the masks and capes. Maria and Aaron were such a breath of fresh air. They knew the current market, they knew the geographic area, and they knew how to market our house. Very much go-getters and filled with suggestions and recommendations for timing (when to list the home) how to best show off the place by using skilled photographer Carl and stager Larissa which resulted in excellent images for potential buyers to get excited over. They communicated well with us and were always prompt in replying to text messages / e-mails. All of this with Maria ready to give birth! We sell a home every 25 years, while Maria and Aaron do this everyday so they guided us through the twists and turns of selling a home in 2024. I cannot recommend Maria and her team highly enough. Be assured they will be in your corner, on your side, and will help you throughout the journey. And they sold our home in five days. A gold star for this dynamic duo!

I cannot express how fantastic Maria and Aaron are! They sold my 80 year old parents' home, and the process was flawless from start to finish. They priced the home perfectly and helped us decide the updates that would provide the most bang for our buck. The house was then beautifully photographed and staged. And we had a cash offer above asking price on DAY ONE! Wow! On top of those great results, they are just the nicest people. They gently helped my parents through the confusing-to-them process of selling their home, patiently answering questions, even helping move some furniture with their pickup truck! The Robichaud team is excellent at providing information, communication, and meeting deadlines! Maria helped me buy and sell my home. She is amazing at explaining how the process works, what to expect, what to do, promptly gives updates and responds to questions, just overall AMAZING! She also provides referrals of great people she has worked with if any home improvements are needed. I 100% recommend Robichaud Realty Group.
