After 500 plus closings, Hacienda Nueva, LLC also offers remodeling and construction services besides homes for sale . At the helm of this boutique type style small business is John Munoz, a Real Estate Agent and the Broker of Hacienda Nueva, LLC. He attended the University of Houston with a B.A. in Communications and then an M.B.A. with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Keller Graduate School of Management. Along with these scholastic credentials, he is a Texas Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge in past and current market conditions. He works in the Greater Houston area including Southwest Houston, Meyerland, Medical Center, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Rosenberg, Richmond, Wallis, Cypress, Copperfield, Spring, and North Houston. In 2010 I obtained my Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree to help better serve my clients.
