Our situation was that we had to sell our house within 45 days at a given price in order for the deal to go through. He was willing to take the risk and invest his time and resources. I worked with Jason for almost a year planning my move from California to Texas. Jason knew my priorities, and I made it abundantly clear that I did not want to move near a subdivision. Because I was remote, I trusted Jason to have my requirements and interests in mind. He neglected to make it cleat that 60 acres of trees were being removed directly across the street from the house he was helping me purchase. He had a responsibility to be sure I was fully informed and Jason neglected to provide adequate information for me to make an informed decision. As a result, I have lost money and have had to put my new house back on the market.

I have been working with Jason Gracey for at least 13 years. His knowledge in the Real Estate Industry is impressive to say the least.
