Originally from Boston, MA, Yennhi or Yen for short, moved to Houston in 2023 looking for new opportunities. It didn't take long before she considered Houston her new home. Yen discovered her love for real estate when she went through the buyer process herself. During that time, she realized how impactful finding a home could be and wanted to be the agent that plays a role in helping the next person find their dream home. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance which aids in understanding the changing economy as well as the housing and financial markets. Graduating from a business program also makes her well versed in marketing which is imperative in the real estate industry. Ever since she was 8 years old, she has practiced Kung fu, a Chinese martial art. Not only can she defend herself when needed, she also developed the leadership, public speaking and interpersonal skills needed for negotiating the best deals for her clients as well as patience and being able to empathize and understand others. Yen works with a genuine and pure heart, treating her clients with honesty, integrity, and determination to help them find their dream home. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, reading, drawing in her sketchbook, and exploring what Houston has to offer.
