I don't upsell my clients. Matter of fact, once you settle on a particular home or two, I will provide you with the most recent sales information to validate the asking price. If in my opnion the asking price is too high, I will let you know.

The bottom line is, if ther's an opportunity to save you money, I will aggresively negotiate. A $10,000 savings to you effects my commission only $300.
