Need a place for the Mother in law for the holiday?

Have you ever considered a short term rental for the holidays?  If you have relatives coming for the month of December they may be more comfortable staying in fully furnished residential properties.  Only a few real estate agents specialize in this sort of accommodation but it can be a great option.

The luxury rentals I offer typically are lower cost than even an mid level or corporate hotel suite (less than $100 per day) and all your client or family member needs to bring is their suitcase.

My current offerings include a gorgeous Trendmaker Townhome with granite countertops, loft, golf course view, 3 car garage for $2500 month for 1-3 month term and is available for longer term rentals also.

January 1st I have a great one story home in convenient Shadow Creek Ranch with four bedrooms two and a half baths and has great decor and HUGE kitchen with island.

These types of properties are also great when you are building a new home and are unsure of the timeframe before you can move-in.  You can get a storage container and then just hang out in the fully furnished home until your new home is ready to move-in.

My last tenant was a pro baseball player and his family who wanted to be close to the ballpark but have a family atmosphere with great amenities nearby for their kids.  The four month lease worked great.

Feel free to call me for more information on these types of rentals, if you would like me to evaluate your home for fully furnished and corporate rentals and even single family property management.  I'll be happy to see if your home qualifies and explain the benefits as well as potential pitfalls of this type of rental.

Happy shopping!
