"I grew up in southern Illinois in our family business of buying and selling Quarter Horses. My background serves me well in my chosen profession of real estate. Dad had a very strong work ethic and placed client needs above all else." Tootie's background includes time spent teaching secondary business education in Arizona. She co-owned a business that bred, raised, sold and exhibited nationally renowned cutting horses. In 2005, in tandem with her real estate career, she successfully developed a retail store in Brenham (Ranch Antiques) which she sold in 2010.
Her compendium of experience lends itself well to a career in real estate, and her success is underpinned by those earlier experiences, and her love of land, people and all things challenging. She does whatever it takes to find the right buyer for a client's listed property, or the right property for a customer in a search mode. Whether that entails research, due diligence, establishing value, dealing with the legalities, or negotiating, Tootie can be depended upon for her knowledge, attention to detail and caring concern. Jack brings a wealth of knowledge in wildlife, native plants, and country property experience. His professional life has been spent in sales, most of that time working with rural clients in central and south Texas. Building strong, lasting relationships has been the key to his success over the past 30+years.

Jack grew up spending time with family on his parent's ranch in the Texas hill country where he learned to love the land from his father. He also spent many years working with his father in law on the family farm near Hockley.

While at Texas A&M University, Jack studied Wildlife Fisheries Science, Forestry, Biology and earned bachelors degree in Animal Science. This knowledge along with a lifelong love of hunting, fishing, camping and the outdoors, has giving him a broad knowledge base and insight into farm and ranch property.

He and his wife Laurie moved recently to their property in Fayette County near Fayetteville, Tx. They have two grown kids with wonderful spouses, three grandchildren and lots of family. They are leaders in their church, Grace Bible Church and involved in many charitable organizations including Camp For All in Washington County.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys camping, gardening, long walks with his dog Charlie, hunting, travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

There's no doubt Lisa Mayer is a Texan ¬– inside and out! Her welcoming personality and love of the land come from her Grimes County roots, while husband, Monty, a 5th generation Fayette County resident, is not only her partner in life but that additional resource that adds unique insight to the area.

Lisa began her real estate career as a Sales Associate in 1986, while earning a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M, and later obtained her broker license in 1988. She has proudly served multiple positions at the South Central Board of Realtors including president from 2011-2013. For the 2017 year, she served as the Board's Secretary. Lisa is a 2011 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and was named as the South Central Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year in both 2011 and 2017. Lisa joined Round Top Real Estate in January 1996, and has consistently been a top producer.

Lisa loves helping others and making a positive difference. She has held numerous offices with the Carmine Lions Club, as well as a director of the Round Top Carmine ISD Education Foundation, director of the Round Top Family Library, and member of the Texas Women's League. The importance of family, a strong work ethic and community involvement are traits she and her husband are proud to pass on to their children, Claire and Adam.

A lifelong equestrian, Ashley is a lover of all things that come with life in the country! Since her move to Fayette County in 2002, she's accumulated 4 horses, 5 dogs and too many crossbred cows, chickens and Guinea to count! Her affectionate Jack Russell terriers bring her happiness, as do the opportunities she has to compete, in equestrian sports. Born and raised in Dallas, Dovie moved to Houston after attending Texas Tech University and graduating from North Texas University with a degree in education. After several years of teaching, Dovie looked for something else and chose residential real estate, earning her license in 1980. Beginning her practice in relocation sales, Dovie quickly discovered that the business required efficiency and long hours. Undaunted, she soon compounded sale upon sale to become a top producer. Over the years, Dovie has been a successful agent, sales manager and broker-owner.

Dovie wasn’t only selling and managing over the years; she was developing her unique and highly successful management style while giving back to the profession she quickly admits “has been very good” to her. Dovie was elected chairman of the board for the Houston Association of Realtors in 2003, and has served as a director for both the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. She has also served as a member of the TAR executive board. Her most cherished award was received in 2005 when she was named Realtor of the Year by the Houston Association of Realtors. After many years of contributing her time and efforts to various committees and functions for HAR, TAR and NAR, Dovie received the Omega Tau Rho Award for outstanding volunteer service in 2004 from TAR. She presently serves on the HAR Board of Directors and the MLS Committee.

In 2012, Dovie joined Greenwood King Properties as a Sales Manager for the the Voss office. Her primary responsibilities are new agent recruitment and on-going professional agent training and certification classes to help agents take their business to the next level. Dovie encourages agents to “work smart each and every day and success will follow,” and she takes great pride in seeing agents prosper at Greenwood King Properties.

Over a period of 30 years, Linda worked in the oil and gas industry. She was an international oil trader for a major oil and gas company focusing on Latin America. She traveled extensively in Central and South America. Dealing with customers on a daily basis, she found that communication was the key to developing successful working relationships. Negotiating was always her strong suit, but also trust and mutual respect with her customers which attributed to her success and long term career.

Linda discovered that negotiating and trading large volumes of oil served as a perfect platform for a career in real estate. As a trader she dealt with multimillion dollar transactions which ties in beautifully to negotiating luxury properties.

Linda is fully immersed in the Round Top Community. She serves on the board of Friends of Winedale as Vice President. This is an organization that supports the Winedale Historical Complex which is a division of The University of Texas Austin's Briscoe Center for American history. She is also a member of the fundraising committee for the Round Top Public Library and First Presbyterian Church of La Grange. She enjoys entertaining friends and family on her farm and when time allows, she enjoys traveling.
