Sheila has almost 20 years of experience in the Real Estate field and worked as a broker associate for the past 8 years. She took on the role as primary Broker for Lone Star Luxe Real Estate LLC in 2024. Her expertise spans across residential, farm and ranch and commercial real estate. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Sheila spent over 25 years in Industrial Sales, which provided her valuable skills in customer service and negotiation.

Hi! My name is Daphne Powers and I am first generation Dutch American! Lived in Katy, Texas where I attended and graduated from Katy High School and then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I have a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art which I believe gives me an advantage in the real estate world.

Currently living in the Bellville area allows me to share what this area has to offer to potential buyers who are looking to get out of big cities. Small town living is done right in Austin & Washington Counties while still being close enough to bigger city amenities. I love to be outdoors, ranch, paint, create, read, cook, hunt, garden and go on adventures with my family in our camper.
