Heather Kaspar has been licensed as an Auctioneer since 2011 and a licensed Realtor® since 2014. She specializes in Real Estate, Estate & Personal Property Auctions, Business Liquidations, Online & On-Site Auctions, Fundraising & Event Consulting. Heather is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), National Auctioneers Association (NAA), & on the board of directors for Texas Auctioneers Association (TAA). Heather has completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation which is the highest designation in the auction industry. She also holds her Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) , Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Heather is located along the 290 corridor between Austin and Houston in Carmine, Texas but can contract or consult anywhere.Her skill set includes working in rural markets, farm and ranch, traditional residential real estate, real estate auctions & raw land transactions as well as rural commercial. She is thorough, honest, hard-working, driven & a skilled negotiator.
Heather Kaspar has a strong background in sales and marketing with her B.A. in Mass Communication - Advertising from Texas State University. She has worked with numerous businesses, in numerous industries her entire professional career - developing marketing plans that included media placement on: Broadcast and cable television, as well as radio, newspaper,billboards, social media, websites & guerilla marketing.
Along with numerous businesses - Heather has also worked with a number of different civic organizations & non-profits such as: Chamber of Commerce offices, education foundations, church groups, volunteer groups & has helped organize fundraising efforts for numerous individuals and causes. She currently serves on several boards and always wants to be of her highest and best use to the groups & organizations she helps.
