Growing up in two of the largest metropolitan cities I developed an appreciation for real estate, I quickly realized I could combine two points of interest I was passionate about and turn it into a career. Being a Realtor is not only a way to make a living but more importantly a way to help people. My experience assisting two very successful real estate companies has contributed greatly to my knowledge in the industry. In the Houston market buyer and sellers need an aggressive and effective realtor. I offer a balance of market knowledge, effective negotiating skills, high attention to detail, and great communication. My clients are my top priority, I enjoy listening and understanding their goals and turning them into my goals. I am dedicated to going above and beyond with every client and making every transaction a memorable one.
After many years of selling real estate and hundreds of happy buyers and sellers, I'm always glad to hear from old clients but I still love meeting new ones! We're now selling in Houston AND Austin. Our team is happy to help in either city!

Cindy Greenwood has lived in Austin since 1986, since then she has watched our city prosper with dynamic growth. Cindy served as Chair for the Rodeo Austin Gala 2005-2007 and served as the First Woman to Chair the Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction from 2008-2009. It is a passion of Cindy’s to raise awareness and money for the Youth of Texas. In prior years Cindy has served on several boards including Elizabeth Ann Seton, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board and Junior League of Austin. Cindy and her husband John Greenwood have three grown children, Harris, Nelson and Anna. Cindy is very involved in the Austin community and is a member of several organizations throughout Austin.
