What I do: As an expert in the Austin market, and a resident of ~25 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate locally. I specialize in investment real estate. Using a data-driven decision-making process, I provide insight and help clients make the best of their real estate transactions. You will receive my personal attention and guidance through every step in the process of buying or selling a home or investment in the Austin area. I love working with first-time homebuyers, or anyone who could use advice, to help clarify their vision and goals and match them with the right part of the market.

What I did: Several years ago, I developed a luxury rental business. It's very service oriented and caters to clientele with discerning taste. Hundreds of contracts translated into hundreds of happy clients and the business grew. Now we have well over 300 five star reviews and an average of over 4.9% of 5. Through this, I learned the value of offering a quality product, maintaining a high level of service/responsiveness, and anticipating client needs. This has carried strongly into realty and it is my goal to provide 5-star service to every client.

Before becoming a Realtor I served as a teacher for several years. I learned the importance of building strong connections to make a positive impact in students' and families' lives. I developed a strong sense of personal integrity, advocating for others and placing others needs before my own. I received teaching awards and was recognized as having a high level of skill and dedication.

I love Georgetown and the surrounding areas! I'm so excited about meeting you! As a realtor, I love exploring different parts of the Georgetown/Austin area with buyers and renters and swapping recommendations for great restaurants and hidden gems. I started buying and selling real estate in 2013. I've met so many engaging and interesting people and helped them in many ways. I enjoy helping people!
