Her academic achievements include earning an undergraduate degree in Spanish with a Minor in Mass Communication from Texas State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Spanish & Culture from Universidad de Salamanca, and a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas - Houston.

Tom is a real estate Broker operating CAC Real Estate, Inc., a real estate brokerage. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Brokers Network, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors and formerly a licensed loan officer. A native Texan, and Houstonian, Tom moved to the Austin area in 1999 after spending 10 years in California. Being familiar with Austin after spending time here in the 70's while President of the Texas Association of licensed Investigators, this was the only place to retire. Tom served in the Texas National Guard, 143rd Infantry Airborne, and the Army Reserve with an Honorable Discharge in 1975. After a 25 year career as a Private Investigator time had come to change professions. Previous skills include architectural drafting, commercial kitchen design, home construction and studying civil engineering. The change to real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for the next career while commercial real estate has become the main focus for the new career. Dave started his Real Estate career in the mid-80's. He started out by driving buyers around all day selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away businessif he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business grew with a very diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and has been consistently in the top 1% of all REALTORS in Texas for over 20 years. The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales approaching $2 billion, while getting to live and work in Austin, Texas has been a blessing. Specializing in ranches, luxury and waterfront and having represented some of the most amazing properties and clients in Central Texas has been an incredible life journey. As he closes in on over $2,000,000,000 in career sales, he has not forgotten his roots and he continues to list and sell all price ranges of both residential and ranch properties. He has a great team and amazing agents to assist with anyone's real estate needs. Along for the ride and putting up with him for 25+ years are his wife and six children. They love to travel, snow ski, go to the beach, and hike. He also has a ranch that he retreats to with family and friends where they often have gatherings of 30 to 40. His wife's Cajun and comes from a large family so they know how to cook, party and have fun.
