Growing up in two of the largest metropolitan cities I developed an appreciation for real estate, I quickly realized I could combine two points of interest I was passionate about and turn it into a career. Being a Realtor is not only a way to make a living but more importantly a way to help people. My experience assisting two very successful real estate companies has contributed greatly to my knowledge in the industry. In the Houston market buyer and sellers need an aggressive and effective realtor. I offer a balance of market knowledge, effective negotiating skills, high attention to detail, and great communication. Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. As a result, I have formed a network of professionals, on whom we can all trust....from lenders, inspectors and appraisers, to title companies and a slew of home related vendors. Even at a young age I have always taken great pride, applied myself, and shown true dedication to my work. I have always strived to excel at any task at hand. Shortly after high school I became a Dental Lab Technician. I spent four years in the industry where I continued to excel and then decided it was time for an adventure, so I enlisted into the U.S. Army Reserves where I trained as a Combat Medic. In 2010 my husband and I started our search for our forever home, we fell in love with everything about the Austin area, and we couldn't move here fast enough. We now live in Leander and have four incredible children who are our entire world. Over the years I have spent my time designing marketing flyers for local agents where I truly fell in love with the real estate business. I wanted to take my career further and pursued obtaining my real estate license. Real Estate has become my passion and I have enjoyed working with new home builders, investors, and have had the privilege to assist so many precious families find their own little piece of Texas to call home.
