Tom is a real estate Broker operating CAC Real Estate, Inc., a real estate brokerage. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Brokers Network, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors and formerly a licensed loan officer. A native Texan, and Houstonian, Tom moved to the Austin area in 1999 after spending 10 years in California. Being familiar with Austin after spending time here in the 70's while President of the Texas Association of licensed Investigators, this was the only place to retire. Tom served in the Texas National Guard, 143rd Infantry Airborne, and the Army Reserve with an Honorable Discharge in 1975. After a 25 year career as a Private Investigator time had come to change professions. Previous skills include architectural drafting, commercial kitchen design, home construction and studying civil engineering. The change to real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for the next career while commercial real estate has become the main focus for the new career. What I did: Several years ago, I developed a luxury rental business. It's very service oriented and caters to clientele with discerning taste. Hundreds of contracts translated into hundreds of happy clients and the business grew. Now we have well over 300 five star reviews and an average of over 4.9% of 5. Through this, I learned the value of offering a quality product, maintaining a high level of service/responsiveness, and anticipating client needs. This has carried strongly into realty and it is my goal to provide 5-star service to every client.

Before becoming a Realtor I served as a teacher for several years. I learned the importance of building strong connections to make a positive impact in students' and families' lives. I developed a strong sense of personal integrity, advocating for others and placing others needs before my own. I received teaching awards and was recognized as having a high level of skill and dedication.

Romeo grew up in Los Angeles, California enjoying all of the area's attractions, events and fast-paced lifestyle. But after a successful military career as a U.S. Navy Officer, Romeo decided to call Austin home because of its booming economy, scenic beauty and quality of life. While working as an Operations Manager for Dell, he became involved with Habitat for Humanity, donating his time in assisting with the construction of low income family housing and working alongside others who freely gave of themselves to improve the lives of those around them. It was this positive experience of giving back to the community that would later mould his decision to become a real estate professional.

Romeo's unique life experiences while serving in the military and working in both private and corporate organizations has made him a well-rounded person that easily connects with his clients on different levels. His focus on family life with his wife and son has helped him gain a deeper appreciation of spending quality time at home. It is this same passion of assisting others in finding their perfect home that motivates Romeo to provide his clients with a level of personal service that is rare today. Romeo is a well-known fixture of the Austin real estate market and a Past President of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Romeo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Regis University.
