As one of five kids, she grew up driving around Austin with her family and exploring open houses. She loved it then and still does today. Hannah began her official real estate career in Austin as a new home sales assistant at the age of sixteen. After returning back to Austin from the University of Texas at San Antonio, she joined a real estate team as an appraisal analyst. A few years later, she returned to her roots in new home construction as a new home sales. In 2007, Hannah became a partner of a custom home start-up and worked as a design and architecture modification expert. Her in-depth construction knowledge was instrumental in walking clients through the building process. For years, Hannah helped countless friends with their home remodeling and interior design projects before starting up her own remodeling, design and staging company, in 2015. Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. As a result, I have formed a network of professionals, on whom we can all trust....from lenders, inspectors and appraisers, to title companies and a slew of home related vendors. Although it has taken me over 30 years to get back to Austin, I am thrilled to finally be here, and even more thrilled to be able to work both in Austin and Houston! As a graduate of St. John's School (where both my husband, Bennett and my daughter, Ellie - class of 2015 graduated as well) and after earning my English degree from the University of Texas, where I was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, I pursued numerous adventures in Houston - from owning a sports bar, to being a family law legal assistant, to running our family's oil and gas business. My latest adventure was my decision to reinvent myself after all these years and go back to school and earn my real estate license!.

With over 30 years of personal real estate experience buying and selling numerous properties (homes, condos, farm and ranch), once I got my license, I went to work cutting my teeth in the highly competitive Houston market and earning a considerable number of professional designations including: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) - tools that allow me to provide excellent service to my clients.

As one who loves to be creative and “think out of the box,” I view situations from a fresh perspective and don’t get bogged down with how things have always been done. I also have a wicked sense of humor, and love people and animals. My mother once told me that people are not loved for their strength of character, but rather for their amiable weaknesses. I must confess that my amiable weakness (according to my husband and daughter) lies in my innate inability to cook. So I draw upon the kindness and generosity of my clients and friends to provide me with foolproof recipes that I can share.

During my spare time, you can find me relaxing at our farm in Round Top, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, on the beach in Port Aransas delving into a good murder/mystery, developing another fool-proof recipe, or visiting my daughter up at NYU.

Later Donna entered the sales in the luxury real estate market in Houston where she has been recognized as a Top Producer.
