Anne-Marie has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Louisiana State University. She maintains several real estate certifications, notably the CRS© (Certified Residential Specialist), a designation retained by the top 3% of realtors across the country, and the Million Dollar Guild-Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, recognizing her upper-tier expertise in the luxury ($1M and above) home market.

Family comes first with Anne-Marie. She and Craig have been married for 17 years, and together they are the proud parents of two busy daughters.

After a rewarding 15-year career as a southern California elementary school teacher specializing in math, Heather changed careers in 2006 for real estate. She and her husband moved to Colorado, where she received her real estate license. "It was great, because it combined the personal touch with the analytical, data side," she notes.

In 2007, after their child was born, the couple moved back to southern California—yet six months later moved to Austin for her husband David's new job. Heather reentered the real estate market, dabbling in house flips and other investment opportunities. In 2016, she earned her Texas real estate license, intending to work with a developer.

Heather is married to David, a semiconductor executive. The couple are parents to a 12-year old soccer-loving middle schooler who keeps them on their toes.

Kristy first earned her Texas real estate license in 2008 after a rich background in education. She was a high school science teacher, teaching at McNeil, San Marcos, and Westlake High Schools. But after having her third child and looking for greater flexibility, Kristy coupled her love for education with her passion for helping people—and started a new career in real estate.

In 2013, Kristy and her family had the opportunity to move to Tacoma, where she pursued her real estate career, getting licensed in Washington State. In 2017, however, she moved back to her hometown, reengaging with her real estate career—and meeting Anne-Marie, with whom she shared a love of family, tennis, and helping people.

"Education is a passion for me," says Kristy, "and I use that passion to educate my clients. I love teaching them and building trust!" Likewise, Kristy especially appreciates the teamwork at Intelligent Real Estate—"I like that people can trust us, because they get knowledge."

Kristy is married to Dan, managing partner of Synergy Partners Wealth Management. They are the proud parents of 3 - Taylor, Hunter, and Addison.

With lifelong roots in the area, Shauna brings a unique perspective to the market. She grew up in Lakeway, living there since 1987, and married another long-time local, third-generation Austinite John Sitra. Having been in the area as a child, single adult, and now married mother of two young girls, Morgan (10) and Harper (8), Shauna boasts a deep understanding and appreciation of the various neighborhoods in our great city, and the amenities each offers for every lifestyle. She especially loves the "great little weekend getaways" near Austin: Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Rockport, and Port Aransas are some of her favorites.

Shauna has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas State, and has been a real estate agent since 2005. She loves the family feel of being a part of the Intelligent Real Estate team. "It's about helping people," she notes, "not about how much money can I make off them." Her passion is all about providing the best service—"from start to finish!"—to her clients.

With over 25 years' experience in sales and investment strategy, John brings a unique perspective and expertise to his role as a realtor. His pre-realty experience selling to and negotiating with the top retailers in the world means there are no objections he hasn't heard, or overcome, before. John is deeply committed to his clients—"We are in the people business," he notes—and provides them with service that exceeds their expectations.

John and his family live in Steiner Ranch, where they enjoy the neighborhood and boating on nearby beautiful Lake Austin and Lake Travis. He is married to Jennie, and they have four children, two of whom are still living at home.
