He may be a gluten-free vegetarian who enjoys running the trails of Lady Bird Lake with his dog, but he's a unique individual and treats you as one. Jeremy enjoys traveling, volunteering with Austin Pets Alive!, Habitat for Humanity and is part of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals.

Being a professional Realtor was a natural progression in Kim's career path and is her passion. Kim found her way to Austin after graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management in 2005 - Eat'em Up Cats! Her career began recruiting for large businesses transitioning to the construction field, to help custom and commercial builders change the Austin landscape. In 2008 Kim and her husband established Brodie Builders, LLC - a residential development company building spec homes in Central Austin. In 2009 she obtained her real estate license. Kim's continued hard work and tenacity has helped grow her business to continually have multi million dollar annual sales volume helping clients in all of Austin and surrounding cities. Maricruz is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been in Real Estate for over 12 years in Mexico, and in Austin since 2010. Maricruz has three children, two UT Austin graduates and a Junior at Westlake High School. She is married to a Texas Native, who also has three grown children, so they have a very active family life. She loves going to concerts and running at Town Lake. She also enjoys serving their community through YMSL (Young Men Service League) with her youngest son, and some other local organizations.Most of her work is usually in the residential market, but Maricruz has fueled her growth with continued education, which has allowed her to expand to industrial and commercial properties too. With over $11M in sales in 2019, Maricruz also works with builders and investors to find the best way to produce income and protect their equity.Her goal is to use this experience to sell your home, buy your dream property, or make wise Real Estate investments.
