Working closely with tech companies, venture capital firms, and daycare businesses Kari was able to provide guidance on how real estate can impact their growth. This paved the way for her to optimize her skills in consultation services, negotiating offers, marketing listings, client representation, and project management. Kari then pivoted her real estate focus into the residential market when she moved to Texas. She firmly believes every place called home is where memories are made and cherished. As a mom and understanding her own family's lifestyle and needs, Kari knows choosing a home is a significant decision. She has built her business based on strong communication, dedication, and determination in support of her client's real estate needs.

Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is dedicated to providing top-notch service & an exceptional experience to all of her clients. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. She comes from a place of contribution, helping, nurturing in everything she does in her personal & professional life.
