Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.

In addition to my real estate endeavors, I am the hands-on owner and operator of Saltgrass General Contractors LLC, a company I founded in 2008. Specializing in all aspects of real estate construction, including land clearing and demolition, our services are enriched by my agricultural development background, ensuring a holistic approach to property utilization. Beyond my professional life, I am a proud husband and father of three. Our family's passion for the outdoors has led us on numerous adventures. We've traversed over 35,000 miles and explored over 30 states and Canada in our motorhome, immersing ourselves in the diverse landscapes of North America. Our love for travel extends beyond the continent, as we have also journeyed throughout Central America, embracing the rich cultures and landscapes that region has to offer.
