I am delighted to share with you, what I love. Real Estate is my life, my ideal career. When my family and I made the decision to move to San Antonio, Texas, I already had a professional career as a REALTOR�. I knew this career is my past, present and future, for which I did everything possible to become a Realtor� in Texas. This beautiful city has impressed me by the way Texans build business in a positive, organize and prosperous way.

Before become a REALTOR�, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master%u219s Degree in Human Resources. I worked as a Director in different public companies. However, I started in Real Estate officially in 2010, despite having my license many years before. I started in the sale of residential resale properties and rentals. At the same time, I was the Director of an Institute of Real Estate in Puerto Rico, a position I held for 5 years. I worked as a volunteer in a number of committees of the Association of REALTORS� of Puerto Rico. One of my achievements was to be awarded by the Association of Realtors of Puerto Rico, as "The Youngest Realtor of the Year%u21D, 2014.

As you can see, I love Real Estate and it is something that is in my blood, because different people in my family have Real Estate Companies. I like to contribute to the families in the sale and rent of the most important asset, that is a property.

For me, the service to the clients is priority and essential. I am sure I will give you the best professional and enthusiastic service.

Encantada de compartir con ustedes, sobre lo que me apasiona. Bienes Raices es mi vida, mi carrera profesional ideal. Cuando tomamos la decision mi familia y yo, de mudarnos a San Antonio, Texas, ya ten%uFFDa una carrera profesional como Realtor. Sabia que era mi presente y futuro, por lo cual hice todo lo posible para convertirme en Realtor en Texas. Esta bella ciudad me ha dejado impresionada de la manera que se hacen los negocios, de una forma positiva, organizada y pr%uFFDspera.

Antes de ser Realtor, complete mi Bachillerato en Artes de la Educacion y mi Maestria en Recursos Humanos. Trabaje como Directora en diferentes companias publicas. Sin embargo, comence en Bienes Raices oficialmente en 2010, a pesar de tener mi licencia muchos a�os antes. Comence en la venta de propiedades de re-venta, alquileres y a la misma vez dirigia un Instituto de Bienes Raices en Puerto Rico por 5 a%uFFDos. Trabaje como voluntaria en varios comites de la Asociacion de Realtors de Puerto Rico. Uno de los logros que obtuve fue ser galardonada por la Asociacion de Realtors de Puerto Rico, como La Joven del A%uFFDo Realtor 2014 Como vez, bienes raices me apasiona y es algo que llevo en la sangre ya que varias personas en mi familia tienen companias de Bienes Raices. Me gusta contribuir a las familias en la venta y alquiler de su mejor activo que es una propiedad.

Kari brings enormous energy and drive to her profession. She pays close attention to the details most important in helping her clients achieve their goals. Her background and knowledge is multi-faceted, first in tenant representation in Commercial Real Estate where she played a significant role in expanding her previous brokerage's initiatives by launching FOCUS Innovation Studio, a co-working space for start-ups, scientist, and entrepreneurs. Working closely with tech companies, venture capital firms, and daycare businesses Kari was able to provide guidance on how real estate can impact their growth. This paved the way for her to optimize her skills in consultation services, negotiating offers, marketing listings, client representation, and project management. Kari then pivoted her real estate focus into the residential market when she moved to Texas. She firmly believes every place called home is where memories are made and cherished. As a mom and understanding her own family's lifestyle and needs, Kari knows choosing a home is a significant decision. She has built her business based on strong communication, dedication, and determination in support of her client's real estate needs.
