Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria obtained her Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in government where she was then awarded a certification to become a Professional Public Buyer by the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed the skills and knowledge to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. These skills have aided her in becoming a success in the real estate industry. Her passion for real estate stems from the want to provide outstanding service by showing compassion and professionalism to her clients. Andria is a native Texan and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! She gives back to her community by volunteering for an array of public service initiatives through her sorority and is a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar for Bexar County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, shopping, traveling, writing poetry, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

I am a born Houstonian but I find myself still exploring, meeting new people and observing cultures, which is one of the wonderful benefits of living around Houston. I have a passion music which I have exercised for 15 years by playing the alto Saxophone for my church.

I have had a career around wireless technology which included customer service, tech support, sales, training and management. Every position has had valuable lessons for my personal growth and has taught me to always continue learning, growing and striving for excellence.

I have a passion for helping people by make a difference their lives which has been greatly rewarding in every way. Treating others like I would treat myself and treating the planet as my home are my rules of operation. Arlene Rolsen has been practicing real estate for nearly 39 years. She has been a Sugar Land resident for 30 years after relocating with her family from Cleveland, Ohio. Arlene and her husband, Leonard, have been married for 61 years. They have two children, six grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons.
