This year marks more than 13 years as a Texas REALTOR®; however I have nearly 30 years' experience buying and selling real estate through 22 years serving in the Air Force. I love San Antonio and call it my home since we moved here in 1995. I have extensive knowledge of the Northwest, North Central, and Northeast corridor of our city. I've worked commercial and residential transactions and have lengthy experience in building investor portfolios, relocations, military transfers, property management, and the ever-changing new home market. I have more than 15 certifications and designations. I am most excited and proud that I recently earned my Broker License and opened my own brokerage...Kristalli Real Estate. Kristalli's goal is to limit buyers and sellers stress through education and communication while building a long-lasting relationship built on trust, dedication, and professional integrity. My extensive Air Force experience prepared me to have strong negotiation skills, manage multi-million-dollar projects, while working in fast-paced and potentially stressful situations. This is also something I will be sharing with all my agents in my company to help them with their clients as well. Currently, I have a very strong team of agents who are extremely dedicated and savvy to serve today's highly technology equipped buyers and sellers. Kristalli also has a strong Property Management division headed by Bill Saari. He has a Masters in Business and also retired after 20 years in the Air Force and 10 years with Civil Service. I am delighted to share with you, what I love. Real Estate is my life, my ideal career. When my family and I made the decision to move to San Antonio, Texas, I already had a professional career as a REALTOR�. I knew this career is my past, present and future, for which I did everything possible to become a Realtor� in Texas. This beautiful city has impressed me by the way Texans build business in a positive, organize and prosperous way.

Before become a REALTOR�, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master%u219s Degree in Human Resources. I worked as a Director in different public companies. However, I started in Real Estate officially in 2010, despite having my license many years before. I started in the sale of residential resale properties and rentals. At the same time, I was the Director of an Institute of Real Estate in Puerto Rico, a position I held for 5 years. I worked as a volunteer in a number of committees of the Association of REALTORS� of Puerto Rico. One of my achievements was to be awarded by the Association of Realtors of Puerto Rico, as "The Youngest Realtor of the Year%u21D, 2014.

As you can see, I love Real Estate and it is something that is in my blood, because different people in my family have Real Estate Companies. I like to contribute to the families in the sale and rent of the most important asset, that is a property.

Uno de los logros que obtuve fue ser galardonada por la Asociacion de Realtors de Puerto Rico, como La Joven del A%uFFDo Realtor 2014 Como vez, bienes raices me apasiona y es algo que llevo en la sangre ya que varias personas en mi familia tienen companias de Bienes Raices. Me gusta contribuir a las familias en la venta y alquiler de su mejor activo que es una propiedad.
