CHERYL FLORA is a native Texan and proud of it! Cheryl has lived in many cities throughout Texas, in Ohio, and in Mexico City, but is happy to have put down roots in San Antonio. Our city is so full of life, history, and culture. San Antonio is a wonderful place to raise a family, retire, or start a new business. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin. She has 3 children – Nathan, an attorney in The Woodlands; Megan, an attorney in San Antonio; and Avery, a student at Rice University. Cheryl married the love of her life, Paul, in May of 2018. Paul is a data engineer at USAA.

I am a native of Jacksonville, North Carolina, home of Camp LeJeune, and I am well acquainted with military tradition. I am a graduate of North Carolina State, with a BA degree is in Sociology, and concentration in Criminal Justice. Broadening my education, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia obtaining a post-graduate certificate in paralegal studies. I practiced in the legal field for an insurance defense firm for many years, specializing in medical malpractice. I obtained my real estate license in 2005. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Real Estate with distinction focusing on Residential Sales, Brokerage, and Marketing. Tracie obtained her broker's license in 2007 and opened her own boutique real estate company. I am an active broker helping buyers and sellers with their properties. I am a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, serving as Chair and Vice Chair on numerous committees including the following: • 2019, 2018- San Antonio Board of Realtors- Member of the Board of Directors • 2017- Chairman of Governmental Affairs • 2017-Chairman, Political Advocacy • 2016 –Vice Chair of Governmental Affairs • 2016 –Vice Chair, Political Advocacy • 2015-Chairman, TRLP San Antonio Board of Realtors • 2015- Chairman, Public Policy Committee, San Antonio Board of Realtors • 2009-2011-Board Member San Antonio Child Advocates (CASA) • Previous board positions for Alamo Area Professional Legal Assistants, Executive Women's Golf, and other organizations • Lifetime Member San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc. I am also a member of Texas Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I believe in continuing education to stay abreast of current trends and rules.
