Hi! I'm Pam Powell, author of the Pam Powell Method. A revolutionary standard in client services. I am a member of a multi-generational Texas family. Many years ago I got my first taste of New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country, I couldn't wait to get back! In 2002 I made the move and this is the place I've called home ever since. For the past 16+ years I've been a Real Estate Professional and sold quite a bit of real estate in the Texas Hill Country—-the "big middle" of things. The middle of Texas, the middle of the action, and the middle of the best waterfront on dry land. Lazy oak trees dot the landscape, and we all love the vast fields of Bluebonnets flowering in the spring. Swimming holes, fishing holes, rivers and lakes abound... A Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), Adam Schwab is eager to help with your real estate needs. He is a lifelong resident of South Texas, growing up in New Braunfels before moving to San Antonio with his wife and two sons. He attended both Texas State University and Texas A&M University while completing his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher and elementary school principal, Adam has transitioned to a thriving career in real estate. With a focus on helping others, his clients have consistently reported that Adam goes above and beyond to help find the ideal property. He has worked with first-time homebuyers, investors, traditional residential properties, and luxury homes, giving him depth and breadth of experience and knowledge.
