For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. Born in Texas and raised in nearby Luling, Lindas love for the Texas hill country originated at a young age. Following her high school graduation, Linda moved to Houston, Texas where she obtained her real estate license while attending the University of Houston. During this time, Linda also owned and operated several successful businesses. She eventually joined the Houston Police Department where she enjoyed a distinguished career for 21 years. During that time, Linda was assigned to the Criminal Intelligence Division/Dignitary Protection Unit, where she diligently worked to provide protective services to an assortment of foreign and United States Heads of State. Linda also served as the police department liaison for over 80 consulate offices in Houston. These years were instrumental in solidifying her commitment to provide first class service. After leaving the police department, Linda returned to her first love, the Texas Hill Country, where she established a residence in Canyon Lake and began a successful career selling real estate. In just a few years, Linda has developed a growing list of satisfied clients by providing services during all phases of the real estate transaction process. It is this commitment that has resulted in numerous achievement awards.

Growing up in a suburb of Chicago, EZ's dad would drive 45 minutes to and from work everyday. He watched and often times helped his father repair wood pallets as a side business. After all that, his father still found time to take his three sons to Cubs games. Growing up, hard work, determination, and family were the values that were engrained within EZ. In 2003 at the young age of 20, he made the career decision to dive head first into real estate. In the past 17+ years, he's used the drive and dedication that was instilled in him, to help over a thousand families live their dreams of purchasing a home.
