For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013. I am a military wife and mother of 3 wonderful boys and one sweet daughter. We currently reside in League City. My passion is to help military families and others with transitioning to a new place.
