Phillip Barloco is a Realtor in San Antonio. San Antonio has always been home, but he lived in several different states and even lived in England for three years while his dad was in the Air Force. Being a military brat you learn how to drop into new environments and make the best of every situation. Phillip has lived in San Antonio since 1999. Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. Working as a Realtor allows Phillip to still help people as he did in EMS, but also make time to attend the important family events in life. Phillip is with Option One Real Estate. The support from the team gives Phillip the time needed to really focus on the individual clients wants and needs. Phillip will answer the phone when it rings and communicate every step of the way during your real estate journey. Phillip has had his real estate license since 2006. Phillip is characterized by his integrity and enthusiasm that he brings to every situation. Any road blocks are an opportunity to problem solve and get his clients where they need to be. When Phillip isn't helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending time with his family, trips to the beach, and training in jiu-jitsu.

Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. The knowledge and experience gained by working with realtors & investors on their homes, confirmed His "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. He also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and sell them in a short amount of time. He loves the industry and after researching the many companies out there, chose the Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper organization. Pat felt he was called to join their Realty team and be a part of a closely knit family that cares deeply about people, puts God first, and specializes in finding families the perfect home!

After spending 30 years in the Wireless industry, I was fortunate to have sold my business. Investing in commercial property in 1999 as an owner/operator has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion...Real Estate.
