Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. Pat felt he was called to join their Realty team and be a part of a closely knit family that cares deeply about people, puts God first, and specializes in finding families the perfect home!

I was born in San Antonio and graduated from The University of Texas in San Antonio with a Bachelor in Business Management. My diverse career experience has granted me Corporate knowledge which includes, 4 years of contracting the Henry B. Convention Center and 7 years of Banking experience. Both these industries have one key element to success which is excellent customer service. I am a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTOR and the National Association of REALTOR When I have time, I enjoy going Green with cooking and eating Healthy. Being in sales for over 20 years, I obtained my Real Estate license in 2007 and it has far surpassed my expectations. I love broadening my knowledge in the Real Estate field and have earned two designations; ABR & SRS and I'm now moving forward to gain my Brokers License. I was elected President of the Greater La Vernia Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and Secretary of the GLVCofC in 2009 which has expanded my networking and social outreach. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike. Being rated top listing agent from 2009-2011, top sales agent in 2010 and being a multi-million dollar producing agent, it has driven me to explore and excel in Real Estate marketing and has become one of my true passions.
