Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. From being recruited to the Cartus "A" Team to being named top listing agent, I understand the need for distinctive real estate representation. Today, as a designated Realtor I represent Wilson and surrounding counties but I specializes in the La Vernia/Floresville area. I was elected President of the Greater La Vernia Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and Secretary of the GLVCofC in 2009 which has expanded my networking and social outreach. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike. Being rated top listing agent from 2009-2011, top sales agent in 2010 and being a multi-million dollar producing agent, it has driven me to explore and excel in Real Estate marketing and has become one of my true passions. Phillip Barloco is a Realtor in San Antonio. San Antonio has always been home, but he lived in several different states and even lived in England for three years while his dad was in the Air Force. Being a military brat you learn how to drop into new environments and make the best of every situation. Phillip has lived in San Antonio since 1999. Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. Working as a Realtor allows Phillip to still help people as he did in EMS, but also make time to attend the important family events in life. Phillip is with Option One Real Estate.
