I am a native Texan with a Marketing Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 36 years in sales and marketing, 29 of which were spent working for Xerox. My husband, two dogs and & I have lived on Medina Lake for the past 10 years and have owned real estate on the lake since 2004. I am currently serving as the HOA President for Bluff Cove on Medina Lake. I have 28 years experience buying and selling real estate for my family and clients and am passionate about making each real estate transaction as seamless and positive as possible for you in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

After spending 30 years in the Wireless industry, I was fortunate to have sold my business. Investing in commercial property in 1999 as an owner/operator has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion...Real Estate. Today, I search for opportunities to help others reach their financial goals through buying and selling real estate and businesses. Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. The knowledge and experience gained by working with realtors & investors on their homes, confirmed His "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. He also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and sell them in a short amount of time. He loves the industry and after researching the many companies out there, chose the Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper organization.
