Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike.
