While attending the University of Houston - Victoria for his BBA in Accounting, Nathan worked as a carpenter in his hometown of Ganado TX where he renovated homes, updated kitchens and built barndominiums. After graduating, he worked as an accountant for a HVAC (Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Industrial Supplies Distribution Company. Due to his dedication to great customer service and his ability to communicate efficiently, he was quickly promoted to a sales position. After successfully experiencing sales, Nathan, decided to sell something he was truly passionate about.... Homes! Nancy Garner managed Woolson Real Estate from 1982 until 1995, when she purchased the firm.
