Daniel Parulian has been an active, licensed commercial real estate agent since 2013. He started his career at CBRE Capital Markets in Houston prior to transitioning into the Industrial Brokerage division of CBRE where he focused on investment and user sales, agency representation, and tenant representation. He was involved in 5.2 million square feet of lease transactions and over 5.8 million square feet of sales transactions. Total value consideration for his lease and investment sales transactions were over $625 million. In 2018, Daniel returned to Bryan/College Station to serve his hometown community by opening Avodah Commercial Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm.

I became involved in real estate properties over 20 years ago and quickly learned the market and benefits to financial planning using real estate. I obtained my real estate license in 2013 and since then have obtained additional designations including my Brokers license, the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS®) designations. In 2018, together with my business partners, we opened our own real estate brokerage, Beyond Real Estate, with offices in College Station and The Woodlands. To date, I have personally closed over 400 transactions spanning over 15 counties around the Brazos Valley, covering a wide variety of market areas and property types including residential, land, farm and ranch, new builds, investment properties, leases and commercial properties.

Alison developed her love for real estate through her passion for interior design. First investing in properties to fix and flip to eventually obtaining her license and becoming a REALTOR®.

Luke Marvel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University and quickly became a successful real estate broker and entrepreneur, with over 500m in Sales, over 70 property flips, over 600 residential properties built, and as an active investor owning over 65 properties personally.
