Travis Manning takes his role as a realtor very seriously. A native Houston Bay Area resident, he is very familiar with the neighborhood and schools which enables him to masterfully guide his clients through the buying or selling process.

Real estate is a family affair for Travis as his wife and mother in-law are both associated with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to real estate, Travis was in medical device sales where he learned valuable lessons about working with many different types of clients.

He developed the desire to be assured that in each transaction his client's needs and desires were not only met but exceeded. He is always willing to go the extra mile, working 24-7 to ensure his customers have the most enjoyable, stress-free buying or selling experience possible. He is hands-on in helping sellers prepare their houses for the market and is totally engaged in assisting his buyers find the home that is perfect for their needs. Having a soft spot for animals, Travis volunteers at local animal shelters. He also volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House where he is grateful for the opportunity to help ease the burden for the children and families.

Nikole is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake. She has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and an Associates Degree in Broadcast Communications with an emphasis in on-air presentation. Nikole has 18 years of sales experience and grew up in a 3 generation Real Estate development family. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta, National Debutante Society, American Cancer Society, Humane Society, A child is Missing and various other charitable organizations. She has been a licensed realtor for the past 5 years focusing on Investment portfolios and new construction. She has strong ties to the Clear Lake Community and Houston. As a member of the Simien Properties family, she is looking forward to helping home buyers and seller's achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Houston, Jordan is very familiar with this great city! Currently living inside the loop, Jordan is knowledgeable in many areas of Houston! Jordan grew up in Clear Lake, graduated from Texas State University with a degree in marketing and has been in sales ever since! Jordan broke large records in her past sales position, we can only wait to see what she does with our team. Eager to help new and current Houstonians find their dream home, Jordan is a great communicator and works hard to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.  

In 2010, I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, and have been fully immersed in real estate ever since. After a few years of getting familiar with the industry, I chose to get my license and commit to helping people find their dream home the way so many of my colleagues and mentors have. As a native Houstonian, Tammi contributes her knowledge of well established Houston neighborhoods to the firm. She believes in the importance of educating her clients, buyers or sellers, regarding the market and what to expect in every phase of the transaction. Tammi specializes in areas such as West University, River Oaks, Memorial, Briargrove, Tanglewood, and Spring Valley while also working with clients throughout the greater Houston area including Katy, Clear Lake, Sugar Land and The Woodlands.

Prior to being a licensed real estate agent and broker, Tammi attended Louisiana State University and Southern Methodist University for her undergraduate degree. Tammi’s organizational skills and attention to detail were established while working at CB Richard Ellis in Commercial Properties. Consulting for companies such as Weatherford International, Crown Castle, and General Electric’s domestic and International Real Estate honed her incredible negotiation and communication skills. Her expertise is shown through her ability to work through any problem and achieve successful results for her clients and all parties involved.

In addition to her professional pursuit, Tammi remains very involved in the community and her church. A devoted mother of two, Christopher and Catherine, she enjoys traveling overseas while discovering unique hotels and cities.
