Sarah has a diverse background in real estate, insurance, and financial services, which has played an integral role in meeting client's needs. She began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator and eventually became licensed. Now, she co-owns a property management company in addition to specializing in residential real estate. Her degree in Communication from Texas A&M is an asset as she effectively manages expectations for tenants,owners, buyers, and sellers.

Sachin was born and educated in India, where he earned degrees in business, commerce and accounting. For fourteen years, he was responsible for exploring and developing new global markets for Filte SPA, an Italian textile company. As their Director of Marketing and Sales, Sachin traveled extensively to Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Middle East.

In 2001, Sachin and his family settled permanently in the United States. As a financial and management consultant for small businesses, Sachin restructured numerous companies facing bankruptcy and managed businesses during hostile takeovers and mergers. As a small business owner himself, he owned and operated a chain of fast-food restaurants.

Sachin began his real estate career as a property manager for a portfolio of 120 real estate properties. He has since expanded from managing and leasing to real estate sales.

Sachin and his wife, Daisy, own the Monart School of Art in the Bellaire/West U area.

Coming from a previous career as a Process Operator in a local oil refinery, I understand the importance of communication. My pledge to you is to keep you constantly informed and updated on where we are and what our next steps will be. My previous training has taught me to look multiple steps ahead and recognize potential hurdles before they become problems. As a husband and father of 2, I decided after nearly 10 years of working shift work it was time to make a change to a career that I truly enjoy and one that allows me to be there for all of those memorable moments.

Paul Rivera was born and raised in West Houston. He graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelors of Christianity and a Masters of Theological Studies. He is currently the Student Pastor at Copperfield Church in West Houston. In 2020 he took interest in the Real Estate Profession after enjoying the process of buying his first home. He looks forward to helping people buy, sell, invest and/or lease property in Texas. He takes pride in working tirelessly for his clients and will continue to work with honesty, dedication and integrity. Paul and his wife had their first son in 2020.
