Pamela Gabriel is a native Texan with a strong business and public relations background. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.

Pamela has listed and sold properties throughout Galveston Island. Though she has been successful in all areas, she often focuses on resort homes located on the beach or bay on West Galveston Island. She also sells and lists homes in Galveston’s historic district as well as investment/rental properties, condominiums, and commercial properties. She specializes in new construction, and has experience working closely with area builders.

Pamela's husband, Kevin, is a home builder with Alta Vista Development, LLC in Galveston. When not involved with Galveston’s real estate boom, they both enjoy spending time with their two beautiful children, family and friends. About Me:

Originally from Michigan, I lived in San Diego for ten years after graduating college until my wife and I moved to Texas to be closer to her family. Prior to real estate, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. As a real estate broker, my mission is to introduce buyers to a community where they feel a connection, and help sellers with the sale of their home so that they can experience a smooth transition into the home that best accommodates their current needs and situation.

Stemming from my desire to interact with people in a challenging career, business endeavors range from the telecommunications industry where I held positions in management, to working with my family's beach rental business.

Meredith Welsh has spent most of her life living in Galveston County/Clear Lake area and is very familiar with the area and has watched it change and grow. I was born in Germany and have lived all over the world, being the daughter of an Air Force Officer. I chose to make Galveston my home. I lived in Sea Isle briefly in 1996, then moved to Atlanta, Georgia for the next 13 years. In 2009, I received my bachelor's degree in Film/Video with a minor in English at Georgia State University. I worked as a paralegal/legal assistant for the duration in Atlanta. I returned to Galveston Island, specifically Jamaica Beach, in January 2010. After bartending for nearly 10 years, I decided to finish/update my real estate classes, which I completed in 1996 in Texas. At the time, I didn't sit for the exam to obtain my license as I moved to Georgia. I am enjoying my 5th year as a Realtor at Galveston Island Real Estate. I am currently taking classes to become a broker. I hope to finish by the end of 2023. Besides working as a Realtor, I am in the process of writing a screenplay. I enjoy playing piano, guitar & drums in my 'free' time. I am involved in the community through the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Galveston Citizens Police Alumni Association (GCPAA), as Sergeant at Arms.
