As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. Stacey's clients often express appreciation for her knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Whether marketing properties for sale or finding her clients the perfect home, Stacey focuses on service. Some of Stacey's specialty training includes resort and second home, luxury home marketing and sales, and 1031 tax exchanges.

After obtaining her real estate license, Stacey added a degree in Business Management with a Marketing Focus to her education to better serve her clients. In addition to the several certifications and designations Stacey has earned, Stacey has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council. Held by only 2% of Realtors®, this designation speaks to experience, amassed sales volume, education, training, and excellence in real estate. Stacey is very close to her large family, and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Stacey's husband of nearly 32 years, Jesse, recently retired from the City of Texas City as their Assistant Fire Chief. A licensed REALTOR® himself, Jesse can often be found around town assisting Stacey at open houses, showings, and transactions.

Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer. Stacey's professional associations include the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Galveston Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS® and Stacey is a member of the Institute for Certified Luxury Home Marketing and of The Guild of Certified Luxury Home Marketers. In addition to being a professional REALTOR®, Stacey has earned the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and carries certifications as a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Stacey is currently serving as President on the Galveston Association of REALTORS® Board.

Wendell specializes in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market. After a successful sales career in the technology industry, he relocated to Galveston in 2004 and made the professional change to real estate sales. Wendell's success is grounded in his ability to carefully listen to his clients and exceed their expectations. His ultimate goal is to make sure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Professional Associations include: National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and Galveston Association of Realtors. Wendell feels that continuing education is vital to his success. Wendell holds several designations including Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), GREEN, e-PRO, and Short Sale/Foreclosure (SFR). He served on the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors as the 2014 Treasurer. He was President-elect for 2015 and served as President in 2016 when Galveston hosted the state wide Texas Association of Realtors Summer Conference. Wendell serves as Regional Vice President of the Texas Association of Realtors for 2018 and 2019. Wendell and Carol live in Jamaica Beach where they enjoy boating, golf carting, walking their dog on the beach and spending time with friends. But all of that is trumped by visits from their four grandchildren during which they explore the Island and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.
