Tanya became a Texas Realtor® in 2003. She began her career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She joined The House Company, a well known successful Galveston boutique brokerage, in 2005. In May 2021 The House Company became a Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene office. Tanya is a member of the Galveston Association of Realtors as well as the Houston Association (HAR), the National Association, and the Texas Realtors. Tanya has served on the Galveston Association's Board of Directors and as the 2012 Chairman of the Galveston MLS committee. She was elected as the 2018 President of the Galveston Association of Realtors. Tanya currently serves as the local representative on the Texas Realtors State Board of Directors. Tanya was honored as the 2012 Realtor of the Year for the Galveston Association of Realtors. She has been awarded the Five Star Realtor Award by Texas Monthly magazine for several years. Tanya has earned the special designation of Certified Residential Specialist, the highest designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. She has also earned the e-Pro certification and the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. In 2014 she earned the Galveston Island Certified Tourism Ambassador designation. As a full time Texas Realtor®, Tanya provides personal service based on her mission to make the real estate transaction successful, pleasant and as worry free as possible for her clients.

My career began in International Relocation and International Freight Forwarding in New York City , where customer satisfaction and attention to detail is crucial . Dealing with Worldwide Movers , International Relocation agents and Worldwide Freight Forwarding agencies has given me the tools and experience to negotiate and make decisions under pressure. I began my Real Estate Career in the Northeast USA in 1998. My experience in selling Shore properties is what has drawn me to the Gulf Area of Texas . Real Estate is not just my career , but my passion . I hold a Full Time Real Estate License in Texas and am an Active License Holder in Monmouth County NJ .
