Vivian was born and raised in the North Houston/Cypress area. After graduating from high school, she had a 31-year career in the electrical industry. Taking care of clients and customers' needs was her joy and focus throughout the years.

Since 2004, North/East Conroe has been her home. Fast forward to today In Real Estate she desires to help people navigate buying, selling or renting. I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Most important to me is providing the highest level of service to my clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I am a proud Mom, Nana and wife. We raised our three children, in Liberty and Chambers County, and now I have three granddaughters and one grandson. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".

Growing up in Southeast Houston, I have always been drawn to homes and the housing market. During high school and college, I began a career in Architecture and Interior Design, learning the basics. After graduating college, getting married and starting my family I looked into Real Estate and fell in love with it all over again. I went back to school to get my license and certifications and began my career in the fall of 2017. I am now completing my fifth year in real estate with close to 100 transactions completed. I have also joined my local brokerage of JLA Realty in Dayton as their mission is very near to my own. I strive to be an active participant in my community, am an avid member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. I have dedicated my time to assisting first time home buyers and joining Veteran Organization groups to assist our service men and women in their home buying needs.
