What began as a mere hobby for my husband and I in 2008, when we acquired our first flip-house at auction, soon transformed into a profound journey of learning through firsthand experiences. Since 2007, I have resided in the Clear Lake area, happily married and devoted to raising our two wonderful children. When not engrossed in the world of real estate, my husband and I revel in our shared love for travel, spending quality time on the water, cherishing moments with our friends and family, and actively participating in our local church community.

Lynelle Rutledge is the Broker/Owner of Rutledge Real Estate. Lynelle is a Galveston County native and graduate of the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she received a BA in Mass Communications. Lynelle has over 20 years' experience in Real Estate servicing Galveston, Harris, Brazoria, and Travis Counties. As the daughter of a highly successful real estate professional, Lynelle not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry.
