Hola and Hello! My name is Wuendy Aguas and I started this journey in 2019. I did my studies in Monterrey Mexico in Hospitality. Prior to my current career I worked in finance for 8 years. I am confident that I can make a positive impact and help others with one of the most important decisions in life buying and selling their homes. I work on Real Estate because I enjoy the interaction with clients, getting to know them and creating relationships. I have a wonderful family 3 daughters and a white lab named Leo. In my free time I enjoy walking at the park, eating at new places. I also enjoy biking, cooking for my family watching cooking shows, traveling and learning from new cultures! Kristie specializes in residential homes sales, relocation's and helping buyers through their home purchase in the Houston area. As a real estate professional, Kristie is dedicated to quality service and helping her clients through stress-free real estate transactions.

Kristie was raised in the Katy area and raised her children here with her husband, Robert. She attended St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, majoring in Marketing and Management. After work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events, enjoying the great outdoors and watching movies. Kristie volunteered at her children's schools in Katy ISD where she held many board positions, served on her neighborhood HOA Board and is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Merchandise Committee. Kristie continues to volunteer throughout the year with other local organizations because she enjoys giving back to her community. With her involvement in local organizations, Kristie is in tune with what is happening in the West Houston area.

Having parents and a husband in the oil and gas industry has given Kristie an insight into this business which is very prevalent in the Houston area and beneficial in the Houston real estate market. Because of this knowledge, she can help her clients make informed decisions concerning location, current market value and changing real estate trends.

Kristie is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has earned her Real Estate Expert Negotiation [RENE certification], Seller's Representative Specialist [SRS designation] and her Accredited Buyer's Representative [ABR designation].

Born and raised in Venezuela with an Industrial Engineering degree and Sales background, my family and I moved to Texas in 2007 thanks to my husband's job transfer and we are truly blessed to live in Katy and give our three kids so many opportunities to study and have extra curricular activities in a multicultural community. I have witnessed the fast growth of Katy and Fulshear area as a resident enjoying all things this city has to offer, and looking forward to more expansion due to its continuous development.
