While raised in Baton Rouge, I was born in Houston and have made Katy/West Houston my home since 1997. As a professional REALTOR I specialize in putting my clients first.

Prior to transitioning into my real estate career, I was a successful mortgage banker for 18+ years lending for mortgage bankers, banks, and my own private brokerage. Having an intimate knowledge of the loan process only helps me to ease my client’s fears or concerns. Having this background fuels my passion for real estate. In addition to my real estate career I spend time mentoring youths by coaching Little League baseball. As a longtime member of Katy National Little League I am the Fund Raising Chair.

I'm a native Texan...my family has been here since it was the Republic of Texas. I grew up in Houston and would like to serve your real estate needs in Houston and the surrounding areas.

I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have worked with buyers and sellers. In 2017 I obtained my broker's license. My mission is to help people buy or sell a home and be able to look back on the process and think-"Maybe I don't remember every detail - but I know Allwyn looked out for me and my family".

I'm a real believer in training and education. The Texas Real Estate Commission requires agents to take 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. I probably get in a minimum of 30 hours every 12 months. The real estate industry is constantly changing...the best way to keep up is to find and take training classes as often as possible...while still finding time to work!

I have served as a volunteer on the Professional Standards Committee with the Texas Association of Realtors since 2007 – it’s a way of giving back to the real estate community and of helping agents, including me, stay on our toes.

Recently in 2019, I earned a Masters of Divinity from the Bible Seminary. I'm on the Mentor Leadership Team in my office because I because I know it is important to invest in future leaders. I was featured in the Houston Chronicle small business section, H-Texas Magazine's Top Real Estate Agents, and had fun cooking on the CBS Morning Show in Beaumont, Tx I enjoy spending time and having fun with my family and three dogs.
