Melanie is a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 22 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over twenty years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Melanie has an extensive history of volunteering with Katy ISD both within the schools and as a former Mentor with the KEYS program and has held numerous leadership positions within the Girl Scouts of America over the last ten years. Upon returning to the work force, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years. At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate. Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents! She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.

Vannessa is a native Houstonian and has witnessed the area's phenomenal growth firsthand. Enthusiastic and dependable, she works hard for her clients' trust--she truly listens and cares about their needs. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Vannessa is committed to helping clients navigate the process as painlessly as possible. Her fiancé Lance is an IT Network genius and game aficionado with a penchant for woodworking. When he's not engrossed in games or covered in sawdust, they enjoy supporting the local restaurant scene, which also indulges her propensity for snapping foodie photos to share on social media.

Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well, and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She loves winding down with creative endeavors, and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.

She also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting local. She is currently a Support Manager for Metta's Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.

A born and raised Houstonian, Taylor has an adept knowledge of all Houston has to offer. With a background in the film special effects industry and online e-commerce, he has knowledge of the modern tools and tech that now drive the real estate market.
