I am a native Houstonian! I have lived in Katy for 15 years with my son and our labradoodle. I take great pride in our community and am happy to be raising my son in one of the best school systems in Texas. In my spare time you can find me volunteering at my son's school, cheering him on at Taekwondo, swimming or checking out a new local restaurant. I have great insight about the neighborhoods in the Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and surrounding areas. From 1994 to 1995, Richard raced on the Team Polaris Watercraft Team and later in 1998 to 1999, he raced Ducati Superbikes. In 2001, Richard was brokering business with Dynamic Realty in Detroit, Michigan and Indianapolis, Indiana. Family drew him to Texas in 2003 where he became the General Manager of a Powersports Dealership in Katy. The following year, Richard obtained his Texas Real Estate License and in 2017, he established Red Lion Realty Group. In his free time, Richard is an avid drummer and enjoys quiet times his son and puppies.

Hi, I'm Cassidy, but you might know me as the food truck Realtor! I love food, and the fellowship that it brings, so I decided that the BEST way to give back to the community, is by coordinating food truck appearances EVERYWHERE I GO! My husband, Henry, and I, have a daughter, Erin, and three crazy dogs. We love spending time at the beach, and frequently take trips to Matagorda Bay, and Galveston Island, for fun. I am a Houston native, originally from the Southwest, Alief, area. In 2015, I purchased my first new-build home in Rosenberg!

Prior to working in real estate, I had an extensive career in corporate real property management in the oil and gas industry, as a Landman/Land Analyst; dealing with mineral title, and leasing. This has provided me an incredibly strong foundation for my career in Real Estate. I also have a certification in basic and advanced family/divorce mediation, which has afforded me the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.
