I am a realtor with over 20 years experience in property management (multi-family, single family, marketing and business development). University of Houston graduate with a BS in Psychology. Native Texan, Brian Gerdes graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction. He feels that professionalism and clear communication channels are essential to a smooth real estate transaction and he strives to provide the highest level of service to his cliental. His areas of focus are The Heights, Rice Military, Oak Forest, Spring Branch and the general West Houston area.

Brittnie Wiggins is an accomplished realtor who has layers of experience relating to anything branded real estate. Her mother, father and brother had careers in real estate, the loan industry and title business giving her first- hand knowledge of three essentials crucial to achieving success.

Brittnie was a licensed residential appraiser for several years while living in Austin which has proven to be invaluable as she navigates her clients through the buying and selling process. Her keen eye for the true value of a property sets her apart as she gives insight to what she considers to be one of the most important decisions one will make in their lifetime. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each of her customers receive only the best from contract to closing.

Prior to becoming an agent, Brittnie had the opportunity to be on the team of some of Houston's top producers in the industry. It was during that time that she sharpened her outstanding organization skills and became ensconced in everything pertaining to the field.

She was able to experience from a very high vantage point what it takes to achieve greatness as a realtor. A native Houstonian, Brittnie graduated from Second Baptist High School and studied Psychology and Philosophy at The University of Texas. She enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school-Memorial Drive Elementary and the Harris County Animal Shelter.
