Tonya grew up in the Meyerland and Sugar Land areas, resided in Katy for 12 years & now is in the Richmond / Rosenberg area. As a young adult, corporate sales is where she gained sales & marketing expertise, working her way into management until the day came when she chose to set that aside & raise a family. Upon returning to the work force, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years. At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate. Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents! She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.

I believe that I am blessed in incredible ways. God's plan for my life is perfect and the journey is filled with an abundance of triumphs and lessons. I believe that some of the best things about me are my faith, courage, and fierce loyalty. I am grateful, joyful, empathetic, determined, motivated, observant, a little foolish and sometimes a bit crazy! At the end of the day, I may enjoy a nice bourbon. I am an Educator and a Realtor. I am privileged to enjoy the awesome experiences of teaching, learning and doing. My goal is to offer the best in Real Estate education to Realtors and to take the stress away from my Real Estate clients as they navigate their way through Real Estate transactions. My favorite two charities are: Suicide Prevention and Autism Awareness.

I am passionate about everything I do, and as one of the first female professionals in the field of Information Technology out of City University London, I know how to work hard and change the face of an industry. My diverse background that spans four countries across three continents has enabled me to quickly and effectively adapt to a broad range of situations. After raising four children and moving across the country six years ago, I realized that I'm drawn to community more than anything I often find myself running a booster club, managing a travel soccer team, or being viewed as the nucleus of a tight-knit neighborhood.
