Let's talk about my Experience.

I have been selling residential real estate for many years. Prior to becoming a residential Realtor, I managed and leased commercial properties. Through my extensive background in real estate, I have developed a practical business sense that enables me to assist clients with confidence and efficiency. My goal is to make each transaction personable yet professional for all parties involved.

I've gained more experience working with people through my volunteer efforts. I volunteer on many committees with the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and served several years in leadership positions with HIREBA (Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association). I also volunteer in local schools teaching Junior Achievement and I teach 1st time Home Buyer seminars.

Awards: I continuously earn high Realtor Ratings on the Houston Association of Realtors rating system, take a minute and look at my references on the ratings page. I've earned recognition several times as a Five Star Realtor as published by Texas Monthly Magazine, I was awarded the Leading Edge Society Production Award and recently I received the Reader's Choice Award by Absolutely Katy Magazine as "Favorite Real Estate Agent."

My Education.

The Real Estate industry is dynamic! It is important to continue to pursue education to better serve our clients. I have earned a GRI, (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). I am Certified Relocation Specialists and a graduate of Louisiana State University. In 2020 I became a TREC Provider which means I am certified to teach continuing education classes to my realtor peers.

Kelly Burnett loves the idea that there is a perfect home out there for everyone and wants to help his clients find it. As a lifelong Houstonian who has moved away and come back, he understands the undeniable allure of the Bayou City and wants to help his clients find their best lives here. Kelly was raised in Friendswood but moved away to live in New York City for a while where he pursued a career in acting. When he returned to the Lone Star state, he spent seven years teaching at Katy ISD. The two career paths served him well when he launched his real estate practice. Both jobs have given him a unique understanding of how people communicate, what to listen for, how to solve problems, and how to see things that might not be obvious, like potential value in a home or a neighborhood a client may not have considered.

Kelly is enthusiastic, and always on the lookout for ways to help guide his clients through the sometimes topsy-turvy world of Houston real estate. When he's not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and serving in his church.

Ashley Zuniga is a Buyer's and Listing Agent with The Jamie McMartin Group with Compass. Ashley is motivated and dedicated to taking the time to learn each client's unique needs and goals. She communicates with her clients throughout the entire process and is there every step of the way. Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish from The University of Houston - Downtown. Prior to being a full-time real estate agent, she worked for Harris County Juvenile Probation for five years. She started as a Juvenile Supervision Officer and was promoted to a Juvenile Probation Officer, where she helped troubled youth and their families by providing community resources. Ashley is goal and detailed oriented. She has great communication skills and is fluent in Spanish, both speaking, and writing.
