Jerrilyn Garrison is that kind of person. She was born in West Texas but found herself moving around quite a bit in college years. After obtaining a degree in psychology she decided to use it and work with at risk teenage girls in Louisville, Kentucky. When Jerrilyn returned to Midland she worked as a contract manager for a local oil & gas company and became proficient in the often tedious but important aspects of doing contracts properly. As in often the case everything we do in life has some significance. Moving around taught Jerrilyn how to weather new situations and gave her insight into how to advise her clients who are moving into a new home, a new neighborhood or a new city reminding them that it is an exciting time. Her degree in psychology has been beneficial in helping her to understand people and to be able to counsel them or as she so aptly stated "hold their hands and take care of them". She also says "I don't mind spending an hour or tow with my clients and I won't leave until they understand everything". Jerrilyn is now a well established member at Legacy Real Estate with multiple Silver awards, and even wining Best Of the Basin Realty-Commercial!!! The most important aspect of her professional life in her own words is "making time for you like you are my only client". After moving to Texas in 1989, I started working in the housing business as a carpenter working on custom homes. I have been involved in many stages of building from framing, interior and exterior trim. Owning and operating Powers Building and Remodeling gave us the opportunity to work with clients to improve the value of their homes, which sparked my interested in the real estate market. After flipping a few of my own homes I developed a passion to help people improve their lives by finding the perfect home to live in. Since becoming a realtor in Texas in 2019 and Arkansas in 2023 we have been serving great clients and building life long relationships.

Dallas is a native of Pennsylvania and excited to have recently made a great move to the Houston, Texas market. Residing in Richmond has given her an opportunity to see what the market is all about. However, Dallas is no stranger to real estate. With over 25 years in commercial (brokerage and leasing), she has recently made the transition into residential real estate and her people skills are top notch. Being a great listener and advocator for her clients, Dallas has a long history of being there and being present when her clients need her most. In real estate, you learn something new every day.
