Prior to real estate, Jodee worked in education for 12 years; first as a high school Spanish teacher, and, after obtaining her M.S. in Educational Management, as a secondary assistant principal in LCISD and Katy ISD. As an instructional leader, Jodee learned patience, problem-solving, creative thinking, negotiation, and data analysis, all necessary skills that have contributed to her success in real estate.
